2. If we are a good fit, we arrange an introductory call.

3. We arrange a paid site survey and prepare a tailored proposal. The survey fee is fully deductible from your design fee should you appoint us.

FEES

One clear proposal

After an introductory call, we prepare a tailored proposal with a bespoke design fee, agreed before work begins. Project management and procurement are set out separately.

Design fees for full renovations begin from £20,000

Based on a home of around 2,000 sq ft. Every fee is tailored to the size and scope of the project.
